Recruit Gibraltar is looking for a Client Services Team Leader to join this existing international Life Insurance provider who are expanding their base in Gibraltar. The company is progressive and ambitious, has a policy of promoting from within and has a dedication to professional training and progression.

Summary

Supervise a team to ensure all aspects of Portfolio Bond Investment Administration within the team (Dealing, Settlements, Valuations, Corporate Actions etc) is completed in line with Investment Markets, Distributor and Policyholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team to process all aspects of client servicing (new business, surrenders, client queries etc).
• Ensure the processing of transactions is timely, accurate and complete in line with agreed service standards.
• Communicate emerging issues to Administration Manager on a timely basis.
• As required check and supervise the work of team members, providing technical guidance and training where necessary.
• Support and supervise the implementation of new or amended systems, procedures, practices etc as required to ensure the smooth implementation/are supported with the right level of controls.
• To assist the Administration Manager by taking ownership of responsibilities, ensuring completion of projects from beginning to end.
• To co-ordinate, manage and delegate relevant workload to administrators.
• To provide high quality customer service to all Life customers through all communication channels including face to face meetings, telephone or email
• To facilitate maintenance of accurate record keeping for all transactions.

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in client services life insurance administration.
• Experience of leading teams in an office environment
• Experience and knowledge of life company environment
• Attentive to detail.
• Resilience, drive and ability to manage change.
• Presentable and outgoing in character
• Team player
• Must be flexible and adaptable in the working environment with good influencing and negotiating skills

Salary £30k – £37k based on experience with an excellent package.
