RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading egaming company who has a great opportunity for a Junior Webmaster to join this high performance team based in Gibraltar. Responsibilities

• Assisting with the management of all digital products across all channels, including web and mobile devices.
• Scheduling and publishing pages and content according to business needs, and project briefs.
• Liaising with product and marketing teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns across all digital products.
• Ensuring the site/s are at all times available and optimised for performance and quality.
• Ensuring that site/s are at all times W3C compliant and validated.
• Ensuring that all links (eg redirection/removal of broken links, management of nofollows), and pages (eg 301s, 404s) are managed in accordance with departmental KPIs.
• Ensuring that pages are optimised for on-page SEO, and have the correct analytics and tracking codes in place.
• Managing, and assisting with the development of, all Content Management Systems.
• Working with the Creative, Content, Analytics and other teams on optimisation projects (A/B and MVT).
• Proactively identifying and driving forward site improvements, developments and fixes.
• Working with the Creative team providing development skills to help implement cutting-edge web and mobile designs
• Work closely with third-party suppliers, including CMS suppliers, product suppliers, SEO consultants, etc.

Skills, Knowledge

• Minimum 3 years’ working with high-profile, dynamic, ecommerce websites
• Minimum 3 years’ experience developing using web technologies.
• Exceptional knowledge of HTML and CSS required (preferably HTML5 and CSS3)
• Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, jQuery, XML required
• Experience of REST web services highly preferable
• Exceptional knowledge of CMS required – experience of Liferay Portal CMS highly advantageous
• Up-to-date knowledge of on-page SEO techniques beneficial.
• Knowledge of managing analytics and tracking codes within complex, dynamic websites required.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and third party service providers
• Strong understanding of knowledge of sports

Salary up to 25k based on experience with an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
