Our client, who are one of the largest online gaming companies in the world, is searching for a Customer Services executive who speaks native Dutch. You must be a native Dutch speaker with an excellent command of English and a clear telephone voice. Your role is to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner.
The company is one of the major companies in the betting / gambling market and employs about 200 people. Our client provides on-line support to its clients on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts. You will have worked in a customer service role previously ideally in a shift and or an office environment and be dedicated to exception levels of service provision.
You must live locally.
Salary is £17k and 30 days holiday
