Live Casino Analyst
Our client is searching for a dedicated and highly knowledgeable Casino professionals to fill the role of Live Casino Analyst and help us to drive our Live Casino business forward.
2+ years experience within an Online and/or land-based Casino environment.
Excellent knowledge of Roulette and Blackjack.
Good understanding of the online Live Casino product.
First class written, verbal and presentation skills.
Analytical skills encompassing both data and gameplay.
Creative thinkers who can problem solve and think laterally.
Ability to make decisions on your own Initiative.
Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure.
Enthusiastic and flexible within role.
Self-Motivated, Passionate & Energetic.
Confident and competent in making proactive & reactive customer contacts.
Reporting into the Live Casino Operations Manager.
Provide business reports to the Live Casino Operations Manager.
Working closely with Product Managers, Security and VIP Departments.
Analyse and monitor player behaviour including Risk Management.
Analyse and monitor croupier performance.
Provide first point resolutions to the Live Casino clients.
Identify potential VIPs.
Devise and deliver innovative Live Casino promotions.
The position is full-time (40 hours per week) working five days out of seven on a rota basis, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
