Assistant Gaming VIP Accounts Executive

RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading egaming company who has a great opportunity for an Assistant Gaming VIP Accounts Executive to join this high performance team. This role is principally concerned with helping the Account Manager in building strong relationships with VIPs and then providing an industry leading customer service and gaming experience tailored to the needs of our VIP customers across all Gaming platforms.
They will need to continually monitor individual customer game play and ensure that bonuses, gifts and hospitality invitations are offered in agreed timescales.
They will handle customer queries and complaints, in order to provide the VIP with a personal and competition beating service.
Ensure that marketing campaigns are generated in a timely manner, results monitored and recommendations made to senior management.
The role requires close contact with the Live Casino Team and VIP support teams to ensure that the VIP customer experience is first class.
Act as a support to the Personal VIP Account Manager for any queries, in handling customer contacts.
Proactively encourage growth & use of new channels and platforms e.g. Mobile.
Assist the Account Manager to manage the VIP through their full lifecycle – Introduction, day-to-day, reactivation.
Manage individual bonuses and gifts and in line with department budgets.
Work alongside Hospitality teams to achieve desired results, with potential to attend events to look after the VIP customer base.
Good knowledge of Gaming and the Gaming Industry.
Experience of hosting VIP customers at events.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to produce results whilst working under pressure.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work.
Salary based on experience
