RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading egaming company who has a great opportunity for a Head of Digitial Acquisition to plan, deliver and evaluate all Digital Advertising for the business across all product verticals


• Accountable for the effectiveness of all digital advertising delivered in support of all channels and products across the business
• Working with the Marketing Director, and in close cooperation with the product verticals’ marketing teams, plan all digital advertising activity for the business through the Budget /
Forecast process – primarily PPC, SEO and display advertising but also potentially including other digital media opportunities as identified
• Manage the media budget effectively, including the management of key messages, copy and creative solutions through to live placement and evaluation
• Responsible for the selection, management and evaluation of all support agencies required to deliver the media plan, including contract negotiations (with Marketing Director), target setting, KPI setting and evaluation, reporting and relationship building
• Responsible for ensuring that all media activity is sufficiently monitored, tracked and evaluated in order to monitor ROI
• Accurately record all purchase orders/bookings, media costs, bonus and promotional costs and other expenditure and report on a weekly and periodic basis
• Responsible for delivering clear, concise and reliable reporting on media effectiveness to all stakeholders

Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour

• Ideally at least 3-5 years experience of managing digital advertising, agency or client-side
• Previous online gaming experience strongly preferred.
• Very strong communications skills (written, verbal and presentational)
• Extensive experience of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO and display
• Experience in developing and executing media plans supported by strong creative executions
• Experience in directly managing and working with media, marketing and creative agencies
• Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
• Experience of managing/auditing media and media agencies preferable
• Evidence of strong people and project management skills
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and third party service providers
• Strong customer ethos and the ability to channel insight into profitable deliverables
• Strong financial/analysis skills

Salary 60,000 with an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
