Customer Support Executive (English)

Our client is searching for a Customer Support Executive who speaks native English to work within this well established online brand. You will work on handling customer queries via phone, live chat and email on a shift basis from Monday to Sunday.
You will have office based customer service experience as essential, with previous gaming experience an advantage. You must have a high standard of written and spoken English and have a dedication to very high customer service provision.
You will already live in the local area.
Salary is £17k to £19k dependent on experience plus bonus.
