CRM Manager - Madrid

The CRM Manager is responsible for ensuring that all CRM plans and actions are in place for all the products available in Spain (Sports betting and gaming). A fantastic team player, you will work with the other departments to co-ordinate and deliver an effective CRM framework that will benchmark and improve conversion, retention and re-activation activities.
You will need to demonstrate the results and ROI achieved as part of the programme of work and ensure that this is communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Commercial responsibility for improving lifetime value of all Spanish customers.
Working closely with the Product Marketing Manager Spain.
Forecasting and planning using key events and customer segmentation.
Developing effective cross sell activity to maximise value.
Establishing retention, conversion, cross sell and re-activation rates and meeting commercial targets set out by CRM team in 2013.
Planning the strategy and implementation of the CRM program focusing around relevant events and key triggers and utilising all forms of messaging and communication.
Devise strategies for the launch of new products and new platforms in Spain for mobile/iPad/future gaming products (Slots etc.)
Experienced in documenting, defining and adhering to Spanish gaming regulations.
Identify key opportunities to enhance the player experience and improve retention rates and profitability.
Work closely with the Business Intelligence and Analytics teams to support the planning and strategy decision making process.
Work collaboratively with the planning team (Head of Planning, Sportsbook and Gaming Managers) to achieve objectives and co-ordinate activities.
Adhere to the CRM planning cycle and manage key stakeholders (Mobile and Product teams based in Gibraltar).
Subscribe to CRM processes and ways of working – with data, creative and analytics teams.
Create and execute campaigns and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Fluent Spanish speaker with good English verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Pro-active, performance driven with a keen commercial focus.
Strong analytical skills.
Organised, and good at getting things done in a fast moving environment.
Frequent travelling is requested for this position.
