Due to the expansion of our team we are looking for a Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant to be based in our Head Office in Gibraltar. You will be taught how to manage candidate relationships with the primary objective of facilitating successful matching of candidates to suitable roles in the IT industry. Whilst you will have the support of a team, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through a wide range of different methods; existing database, job boards, social networks, social media channels, etc.

Consultant profile:

You must have a track record of success in sales
You must have a demonstrable experience and interest in technology / computing
You will be educated to a minimum A Level standard but ideally be degree educated.
You will have shown good loyalty towards previous employers
High self motivation
Outgoing and light hearted personality
Sharp, switched on, bright and able to pick new concepts easily
Driven to succeed financially and personally
Able to work on your own initiative

You must live locally

You will be paid a basic plus commission allowing a realistic OTE of 30k (year one).
