Our client is looking for a Sportsbook Marketing Manager to be based in the Sportsbook Operational Team in Gibraltar, the role is responsible for ensuring that sportsbook marketing campaigns originating from our core marketing functions are fully implemented across all online customer touch points. The successful applicant will also represent the sportsbook operational team in planning for future marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities: · In conjunction with product head to collate, schedule and feedback to the sportbook operational team all marketing campaigns and activities. · Coordination of sourced sportsbook marketing activities o Manage the delivery of inventory to deadlines from design resource o Monitor and review all media placement and presentation of message o Ensure consistency of the message across all mediums · Responsibility for ‘customer flow’ through all campaigns o Ensure the accurate delivery of the customer facing message on all external banner adverts o Work alongside the sportsbook analytics teams to maximize and enhance conversion through analysis of the customer journey o Ensure all BAU sportsbook creative is in line with external activities · Communicate all external campaigns to the CRM sportsbook team to ensure efficient distribution of the campaign to new and existing players · Provide the operational management team with ongoing quantitative cost/benefit analysis of all campaigns · Engage marketing, operational and trading teams to evolve and develop sportsbetting the core messages that lead future campaigns · Communication to, and education of, supplementary functions – namely customer service and telebetting - to ensure that all customer touch points have the necessary information to support all campaigns Required Experience / skills: · Sportsbook and / or Egaming marketing experience across multiple mediums – Printed, press, TV, Online · Experience of marketing planning · Advertising Agency experience · Sportsbook operational experience and / or Egaming operational experience · Affiliate campaign management (Online Advertising) · Ability to operate with a highly organized approach to time sensitive deadlines · Project Management skills Salary based on experience |
