Job Description: |
Our client is searching for an Italian VIP Executive to complement the existing team. The role of the job is to provide proactive player development specifically for Italian VIP members for Poker, Casino, Sports Book, with the aim of increasing the member’s loyalty and retention. Each representative will be personally responsible for a group of customers and will be required to initiate and maintain contact and get to know their members. To provide service that is oriented towards gaining additional members and to retain existing customers.
You will have previous experience in an office based customer service role, preferably in online gaming, and be dedicated to a very high level of customer service. Salary circa 19k |
