We are currently helping our client who is a long established and reputable financial services company who offer long term career growth, excellent salary, relocation assistance, and a rewarding working environment where you can make a real impact. They need an experienced and proficient Office Manager / PA to join the team and help support the continued success fo the existing team.

What will you do as an Office Manager / PA?

Office Supplies;
Correspondence;
Office equipment;
Schedule meetings and appointments;
Organize the office layout;
Order stationery and equipment;
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs;
Update and maintain office policies as necessary;
Organize office operations and procedures;
Coordinate with IT Department on all office equipment;
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers;
Manage office budget;
Provide general support to visitors;
Assist in the on boarding process for new hires;
Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements);
Manage and communicate with the office cleaner;
Assist the Management with parties, conferences and events;
Manage flight tickets & hotel bookings;
Personal Assistant of the CEO;

What do you know that makes you a great Office Manager / PA?

o Proven experience as Office Manager and or as a Personal Assistant;
o Enthusiastic and energetic;
o Computer literate - Excel;
o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
o Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
o A creative mind with ability to suggest improvements;
o Ability to take initiative and to work with minimal supervision;
o Fluently in English with a second language as an advantage;
o Able to respond emails out of hours and to work overtime if needed on occasion:
o A good communicator with interpersonal skills.

Salary £30k - 35k based on experience with bonus & an excellent benefits package.
