What is the plan for the Swedish Support Agent role?
Looking for a multi-tasking individual who joins the team and actively assists and takes part and pride in implementing, improving and maintaining all customer facing communication, across departments where needed.
Whereas the Swedish Player Support Agentís priority is to handle the day-to-day player support queries, our person will also have the opportunity to rapidly increase his/her business skills by assisting other internal departments
What will you do as a Swedish Support Agent?
Answering customers enquiries via phone, email and live chat timely and in the highest of standards
Guide customers through the site and assist them in using the various services and products offered
Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere on the job
What do you know that makes you a great Swedish Support Agent?
Previous experience in customer service
Experience in the iGaming industry is considered an asset
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Having excellent communication skills both written and oral in Swedish and English
Be able to handle stress
Salary circa Ä22k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
