What will you do as a 2nd Line Application Support Specialist ?
The position involves working in a team to provide user and technical support for software applications for our international customers.
The role will mainly involve remote support over telephone and VOIP calls, emails and support portals.
They remotely support internally developed bespoke applications in various industrial sectors of Ascentís local and foreign client base.
What do you know that makes you a great 2nd Line Application Support Specialist?
The successful candidate will have good troubleshooting skills and the ability to think outside the box.
Applicants must have experience in a similar position and a passion for technology, software, and quality customer service.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Maltese as well as a good working knowledge of MS Windows, MS SQL are required.
Knowledge of MS SharePoint and/or Dynamics CRM will be considered an asset.
Salary Ä30k - 35k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
