What is the plan for the Compliance Manager role?
Due to the very dynamic and challenging environment for gaming companies, compliance issues are vital to ensure the success of the business and affect almost all aspect of the company operations. The Compliance Department takes care of all internal questions, licence applications and compliance, anti-money laundering, responsible gambling and the communication with licence authorities. In the role, you will be responsible for enabling the successful implementation of compliance requirements, contributing to the development and maintenance of a robust Compliance Management System and managing internal projects.
What will you do as a Compliance Manager?
Enabling implementation, maintenance or change of compliance relevant processes and functionalities from inception to completion
Coordination of appropriate resolution of incidents with negative compliance impact until resolution or mitigation
Monitoring of projects, initiatives and incidents to identify relevant opportunities and needs as well as to ensure adequate and timely involvement of the Department
Supporting Product and Business with the translation and interpretation of requirements
Monitoring and reporting
Enabling documentation of projects, specifications as well as processes falling into the area for internal and external (e.g. audit) use
Contributes to foster the corporate Compliance vision within the Group
Networks with peers and relevant roles in the Group
Contributes to the maintenance and development of the Compliance Management System
What do you know that makes you a great Compliance Manager?
Experience in a similar role within gaming preferred but will consider applicants with financial service compliance experience
Experience in a position permitting to gather a very good knowledge of regulatory requirements or regulated processes, also from an operational, product or business perspective.
Ideally has knowledge of the gambling industry and requirements particularly in relevant regional jurisdiction
Previous experience working with implementation of compliance related requirements
Affinity with regulation of technical systems
Ability and capacity to grow
Coordinate and work with stakeholders in various locations and departments
Salary circa €40k based on experience with bonus, and an excellent package.
