RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading egaming company who has a great opportunity for a UX Designer to join this high performance team based in London. What is the plan for the UX Designer role?

The client are looking for a talented UX Designer to help create engaging and human centred interfaces for their digital products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the e-commerce or online gaming industry, specifically sports-book and casino. The candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.

What will you do as a UX Designer?

As a UX Designer you collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, visual designers, content strategists, and technical specialists. You will be expected to drive projects and feel comfortable in getting involved in all stages of the user experience journey, from initial research and data analysis, to sketches, ideas and concepts through to prototyping, user testing and final delivery.
You will create all UX artefacts, such as interaction models, task flows, personas, wireframes, site maps, and user/functional requirements, that are relevant to the project.
We want you to take part and lead development of rich functional prototypes using white board brainstorming, card sorting, low and high fidelity mock-ups and interaction requirements. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
We support you to conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex business requirements. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and business stakeholders. Establish and promote style guidelines, best practices and standards.

What do you know that makes you a great UX Designer?

 Previous experience as a UX designer with a solid portfolio of work
 Passionate about UX design – you know and follow best practices and are proficient with all aspects of modern product interfaces.
 You are independent and inventive, you communicate and collaborate effectively, and have a hunger to learn, share
 knowledge, and thrive in an energising environment.
 Solid knowledge of user interface design and usability principles.
 A good communicator – you communicate enthusiastically, clearly and concisely with creative, marketing, technical and business staff.
 A keen learner – you are up-to-date and capable of keeping the pace with the latest trends and tricks in UX design.
 You are hands on, passionate, persistent, creative, and humble.


Salary based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
