What is the plan for the Digital Compliance Training Officer role?

The Digital Compliance Training Officer is responsible for the designing, scheduling and delivery of Regulatory Affairs / Compliance training across the Digital business. Responsible for developing a strategic training plan in association with the Regulatory Affairs team, Retail/Group compliance, to support the Regulatory Affairs team in protecting the PML Holders, Directors, Shareholders and all stakeholders from compliance breaches.

What will you do as a Digital Compliance Training Officer?

Be part of a team of experts responsible for the design and delivery of training related to regulations and processes in respect of gambling compliance, regulatory compliance and governance
Lead on designing and scheduling training for Regulatory Affairs related training for the Digital business
Delivering Compliance awareness, advertising & Responsible Gambling training to relevant employees across multiple locations
Liaising with all areas of the business to ensure all relevant employees attend the appropriate Regulatory Affairs training modules
Work as a liaison with Group and other areas of the digital business to ascertain training needs specifically related to Regulatory Affairs
Establishes a reporting process to ensure that management is kept appraised of all training related to Regulatory Affairs, including modules, intended audiences and rollout plans
Manage the record keeping for all training delivered and attendees for each session
Lead on delivery of all training modules related to Regulatory Affairs
Brief the Digital Head of Regulatory Affairs and the Digital Regulatory Affairs Director on training updates, rollout plans and get sign off on any new and/or updated modules
Develop and work towards a strategy to re-build all e-learning courses on another platform will full control over content and tracking.
Work with HR to ensure all new starters are registered for appropriate compliance training.

Extensive experience in designing and delivering training using multiple styles and techniques
Good understanding of learning styles and the requirements of the Digital business
Able to communicate effectively and confidently to all levels of management & staff
Responsibilities include training employees; planning, record keeping
Communicating effectively with senior business members, third parties, and external auditors
Flexibility to Manage Change – meet the changing needs of the Business
Integrity & Openness – Demonstrating a fair, consistent, open and honest approach to work


Salary circa £31k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
