Due to the expansion of our team we are looking for a number of Recruitment Consultants to be based in our Head Office in Gibraltar. We are looking for people who wish to be outstanding, high achievers and take this excellent opportunity to make a difference in the world of recruitment.
In this role you will be responsible for finding new candidates, assessing their requirements and then finding them the perfect job. You will be taught how to manage both client and candidate relationships with the primary objective of facilitating successful matching of candidates to suitable roles. Whilst you will have the support of a team, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through a wide range of different methods; existing database, job boards, social networks, social media channels, etc.
If you are just starting out on your recruitment career then we will provide the training and support that has been proven to be successful, over and over again for the past 12 years. You will just need to bring your enthusiasm, energy, passion and dedication to want to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
Recruitment Consultant profile:
You must have a desire to want to be the best and settle for nothing less than high achievement.
You will ideally have a track record of success in sales
You will ideally have an interest in technology / marketing / internet
You will be educated to a minimum A Level standard but ideally be degree educated.
You will have shown good loyalty towards previous employers
High self motivation and desire to be outstanding
Outgoing and light hearted personality
Sharp, switched on, bright and able to pick new concepts easily
Driven to succeed financially and personally
Able to work on your own initiative
You will be paid a competitive basic plus a great commission structure allowing a realistic OTE of 40k in year one.
