What is the plan for the Casino Executive role?

You will help with the day to day running of the Casino & Live Casino products. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, daily operations, product marketing, promotional activities including cross sell and the customer service requirements of the gaming business. The successful applicant will be expected to help increase activity on our sites and to enhance the customer experience.

What will you do as a Casino Executive?

Develop a product strategy for the Games and Vegas product vertical to deliver against revenue targets, including maintain and grow content and promotions. Leverage from wider support teams to drive CRM and customer support, VIP etc to increase revenues per user and reduce churn.
Facilitate the operational tasks for the Casino & Live Casino products as necessary, including, but not limited to, administration of bonuses and fulfilment, development and BI requests, basic reporting and liaison between internal team.
Update and maintain text content on the Games and Vegas websites to keep our customers up to date with the latest promotions.
Collate gaming and player statistics in a presentable and meaningful manner. Utilise these stats to review current promotions and drive further profitability in the future.
Liaise with our customer services team to ensure all Casino & Live Casino and gaming related queries are answered in a satisfactory manner. Retention is key to our business; all customers must be treated impeccably.
To help facilitate the requirements of VIP players via personalised promotions and activities.
Liaise with all company departments to ensure the smooth operations of the entire gaming product portfolio.
To communicate effectively with the necessary Games and Vegas suppliers to ensure our business and operational requirements are understood.
Implement strict testing procedures to ensure accuracy of gaming software releases and bonus functionality


What do you know that makes you a great Casino Executive?

Strong knowledge of online gaming and gaming products
A strong knowledge and understanding of eCommerce and online marketing derived from both education and practical implementation.
An understanding of web technologies and their application.
Strong Analytical skills will be beneficial.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office portfolio.


Salary circa £25k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
