What is the plan for the Marketing Campaign Planning Manager role?

The Marketing Campaign Planning Manager is responsible for bringing campaigns and promotions across the Digital brands to life for the customers and ensuring that the teams work in a coordinated effort to deliver a best in class execution.

What will you do as a Marketing Campaign Planning Manager?

Responsible for the planning and rollout of our customer contact strategy across all Digital Brands
Responsible for the communication of all Digital Brands planned campaigns to relevant business stakeholders
Acting in a ‘traffic control’ capacity where there are multiple campaigns running at once to ensure that the most relevant messages are going to our customers
Accountable for the creation and maintenance of a rolling monthly communications calendar, showing prioritised messaging that is being sent to different customer groups
Collaborating with the wider digital operations team to ensure the business case / KPIs set for each campaign and promotion translates into a best in class communications plan
Owning the strategy and plans for specific acquisition and funnel campaigns; responsible for core KPIs around conversion from registration to deposit
Working with the Brand VIP teams to create a monthly message calendar for them to execute in their communications with high value customers
Liaising with digital marketing across Affiliates, Display, PPC and SEO to lead the execution of well-considered and targeted conversion campaigns
Leading the formulation of customer retention strategies to include site wide campaigns; owning specifically targeted campaigns that are designed and optimised to reengage this base
Collaborating with Campaign Delivery Team to ensure there is an end-to-end journey delivered for all customers across all Brands
Responsible for reporting on and assisting with optimising all campaigns in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
Delivering on KPIs that include Churn, Reactivation, RD% and NGR on campaigns
Undertaking rigorous pre and post analysis to provide ROI on activities undertaken
Manage a rolling test plan to help the business further understand customer behaviour and levers across all Brands

What do you know that makes you a great Marketing Campaign Planning Manager?

Understanding of all aspects of an operating platform and CMS, including: system configuration, reporting and segmentation
Experience in CRM or VIP Management
Knowledge of customer servicing and retention strategies
Advanced in Microsoft Excel, highly analytical and data driven with a strong attention to detail
Experience within a digital and / or gaming environment
Leadership and management skills to support the development of a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management and organisational skills within a multi-site organisation
Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation.
Ability to work collaborate as part of both a small teams and larger formal groups across a multi-site business
Capacity and resilience to work under pressure and to tight timescales and deadlines
Detail focused but able to see the “big picture”, maintain progress and make recommendations for improvement and innovation

Salary circa £42k based on experience with bonus, an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
