RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading egaming company who has a great opportunity for a Junior UX Designer to join this high performance team based in Gibraltar. What will you do as a Junior UX Designer?

Work with the Principal UX Designer to optimise products and services for a range of clients
Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure all designs meet client and user requirements
Analyse all research and feedback to gain user insight – and incorporate this feedback into new designs
Assist in the production of wireframes, prototypes, concept sketches, interaction designs, user flows and graphical assets using key tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, InVision, ProtoPie and UserTesting.
Help to create clean and simple user-centred designs
Work with developers and designers to build user-friendly mobile apps
Attend UX conferences and training events as and when required
Assist the Principal UX Designer in creating design rationale and specifications

What do you know that makes you a great Junior UX Designer?

At least one year of experience in a professional UX role
A good working level of Sketch, Photoshop, InVision, ProtoPie and UserTesting
A basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Proficient in wire-framing and comfortable producing concept sketches, assets and user flows
A passion for UX and UI
A solid online portfolio
Some experience of user research and usability testing would be a bonus
Experience with mobile and responsive design
