They are searching for a creative Graphic/Digital Media Designer with a base of experience to draw on and grow within the company.

What is the plan for the Graphic/Digital Media Designer role?

Design and create attractive front-end designs for the company's marketing campaigns & web projects. To maintain a consistent look and feel across the website, print and all media campaigns ensuring optimum customer engagement while adhering to brand guidelines. Works within a team of designers and reports to Design Studio Manager.

What will you do as a Graphic/Digital Media Designer?

 Design and development of promotional graphics for campaigns including email marketing, web banners, landing pages and print material.
 Accurate interpretation of briefs.
 Liaise with managers on the briefs supplied until designs are completed.
 Provide recommendations and be proactive with product managers
 Ensure administration of work load is up to date; maintain design schedule through project management software.
 HTML5 and CSS style sheet coding.

What do you know that makes you a great Graphic/Digital Media Designer?

 Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Lightroom etc.
 Good HTML and CSS skills.
 Skills in video editing is a plus but not essential. Premier Pro, After Effects.
 Understanding of PHP / Javascript is desirable.
 Strong graphic design skills, creative, original thinking.
 Be efficient while maintaining creativity and quality.
 Understand and follow briefs accurately.
 Possess a strong digital background and portfolio.
 Good knowledge of new technologies and interest in arising trends.

Salary circa £25k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
