RecruitGibraltar are currently recruiting for a Gaming Operations Executive to join a leading online betting and gaming company, with a strong track record of digital innovation. As a pure online business they bring the excitement of sports betting, casino games, poker and bingo to a rapidly growing number of customers in the leisure betting and gaming market; they have sustained rapid growth over the last few years and are expanding further.

Whats the plan for the Gaming Operations Executive role?

You will help with the day to day running of the Gaming (Casino, Games, Vegas, Bingo and Poker) with a focus on the Bingo & Poker products. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, daily operations, product marketing (both online and retail), promotional activities including cross sell and the customer service requirements of the gaming business.
The successful applicant will be expected to help increase activity on our sites and to enhance the customer experience.


What will you do as a Gaming Operations Executive?

Collate gaming and player statistics in a presentable and meaningful manner. Utilise these stats to review current promotions and drive further profitability in the future.
To assist in the production of offers and promotions that tie in with our other marketing initiatives. This will include acquisition, affiliate, retention, VIP, and cross-sell promotions/offers.
Update and maintain text content on the Gaming websites in order to keep our customers up to date with the latest promotions.
Liaise with our customer services team to ensure all Gaming related queries are answered in a satisfactory manner. Retention is key to our business; all customers must be treated impeccably.
To help facilitate the requirements of VIP players via personalised promotions and activities.
To communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure our business and operational requirements are understood.
Liaise with all company departments to ensure the smooth operations of the entire gaming product portfolio.
Implement strict testing procedures to ensure accuracy of gaming software releases and bonus functionality

1. Gaming experience within customer service, operational side or marketing is essential.
3. Comfortable with Excel.
4. High attention to detail.
5. Exceptionally organised.
6. Excellent communication skills, and excellent written and spoken English.
7. Strong Analytical skills will be beneficial.
8. Energetic, enthusiastic & willing to learn and progress.
9. Team player but capable of working off own initiative.
10. No job too big or too small attitude.


Salary £25k based on experience (higher if you can convince them you are truly worth it) with 15% bonus, an Pension Scheme and private healthcare.
