The Digital Marketing Manager will be accountable for the strategic leadership and ownership of the overall digital marketing budget which includes activity across channels such as PPC, display and SEO. Working closely with our performance marketing team, this candidate will be responsible for alignment of our digital strategy under the overall brand growth plan.
Build sportsbook brand value by developing a digital channel strategy and a plan which maximises awareness amongst identified target audience groups and delivers target NGR contribution from our digital marketing activity.
Be accountable for the budgeting and target setting process across digital and acquisition channels, working closely with the performance marketing team, BI and the finance team to ensure we utilize and maximise our digital marketing spend.
Represent the Head of Marketing in weekly tactical digital marketing meetings to ensure they are fully briefed on the performance of our campaigns.
Collaborate with our performance marketing team to ensure we have a clear view of our brandsí strategy and key KPIs on digital marketing.
Help improve the performance of digital marketing year on year by analysing micro and macro data and continually and actively recommending improvements to our digital marketing strategy and practices
Organize bi-weekly strategy sessions and creative brainstorms with cross functional teams to establish streamlined campaign execution across multiple targets, geos, platforms and/or demographics.
Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports to senior members of the marketing and leadership team.
Work closely with the BI and marketing analytics teams to ensure that full ROI analysis and channel deep dives becomes a mainstay of our digital marketing strategy.
Manage the marketing requirements for the overall DMP project and ensure that we are harnessing the data available for our digital marketing campaigns.
Assist the Head of Brand to ensure that our digital marketing campaigns are consistent with our overall creative and brand guidelines.
Develop innovative and new digital marketing practices by harnessing the knowledge of our media and creative agencies.
Work closely with our product and UX Product Manager to ensure that new and existing digital products are sufficiently exposed within our digital marketing campaigns.
Specialist Skills and Experience Required:
Previous experience managing digital marketing campaigns either within an agency or on operator side.
Experience of managing 3rd party digital marketing agencies.
A strong knowledge of Adwords, Bing Ads and Double Click.
A strong understanding of the principles of attribution and reporting on attribution models.
Good working experience using Google Analytics.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at once with strong project management skills.
Ability to communicate with and influence people at all levels of the business.
