Our client is searching for a Company Administrator to manage a portfolio of companies, handling the diverse needs of a number of private clients. You will have worked on general company administration for example due diligence and compliance requirements and setting up offshore companies.

You will be educated to GCSE level, with passes at in English and Mathematics and making progress with professional studies in relevant topic STEP/ICSA.

You will have 3 years experience in administering companies to include previous Due Diligence and Compliance /KYC experience

You will be required to work on liaising with clients (both internal and external) and their advisers in respect of service issues, via telephone and other electronic interface.
Preparation of minutes, and anciliary documents and production and submission of government returns.
Preparation of correspondence with clients and their advisers and ensuring that statutory records are accurate and full audit trails maintained.
Execution of transactions on behalf of client companies, and follow up where appropriate and preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions.

Maintenance of client data within the primary management information systems

Salary is circa 20k
