What is the plan for the Change Analyst role?

The Change Analyst is responsible for recording, scheduling and assisting in the management of a demanding and dynamic programme of changes across multiple environments. The role will be expected to assist the Change Manager in identification and reduction of change risk while ensuring that a high rate of service change can be supported across the estate.

What will you do as a Change Analyst?

Assisting the Change Manager in the implementation of the change strategy for Technology changes, approach and processes which maintains the integrity of pre-production and production environments in transitioning new and changed services across the estate of environments
Application of governance activities to manage the scheduling and delivery of service change
Maintaining the overall change schedule, maintaining both a high level and detailed view across all environments and changes
Monitoring and tracking project activity against the change schedule, intervening and escalating as required to maintain the release scope and milestones
Reporting on environments status and change progress
Assisting in the management of the change control process
Assisting in the assessment and management of risks and issues as applied to Change Management
Work with the Technology and Business functions to deliver the highest level of service, ensuring that SLAs are met and business expectations exceeded

What do you know that makes you a great Change Analyst?

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar technology / application operational role
Previous experience in the eGaming industry (Casino, Poker, Sports) and/or retail bookmaking advantageous but not essential
Good understanding of the ITIL framework, with excellent knowledge of Change Management
Experience of Change Management, Incident Management or Problem Management on complex, critical systems in an environment subject to a high rate of change
Understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies, particularly agile
Able to demonstrate a thorough and successful determination to protect configuration and systems from avoidable problems and disruption
Demonstrable personal resilience to cope with demanding workloads
A flexible approach to working hours across a 7 day week
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
