What is the plan for the Bingo Operations Manager role?

The Bingo Operations manager role is to create and manage the profitability of our bingo portfolio. Specifically focusing on
• Bingo Room / Schedule Optimisation to improve both player experience and our overall stakes and gross margin
• Creating an identity for each of our rooms so customers have a clear route to the right product for them and working with marketing to deliver this through to the player.
• Bingo Events to drive stretch and retention of core customer cohorts as well as taking market share from our competitors at core trading periods.
• Report on the performance of rooms/events and specifically changes to competitor landscape identifying new opportunities for the business
They will work collaboratively with all departments but will specifically align with the Bingo Product manager on the delivery of new products and input of core problem areas, the community manager to deliver an improved feeling of winnability and the campaign planning manager for bingo to deliver propositions that achieve our targets.

What will you do as a Bingo Operations Manager?

Owns and delivers bingo schedule/room specific research to identify reasons for rejection/believe to identify areas of core focus to deliver a step change in customer’s experience.
Responsible for the profitability of the bingo schedule with a specific focus on driving improved demand for our products via the creation of compelling/appealing seeds/GTD’s. They will effectively report on changes and provide regular updates on actions being taken to improve overall performance.
Inclusive of providing feedback and guidance to the Virtue Fusion teams schedule performance and areas of focus.
Creating bingo product based events that will engage with our core customer cohorts and appeal to external customers with a focus on driving retention and stretch of customers wallets. These will be the focus of the product moving forward and will require a close working relationship with the campaign/promotions managers.

A passion for Bingo and ideally experience in a leading bingo provider or casino / games provider
Detailed and Organised – able to maintain/manage workloads effectively and not compromising on the quality of their work.
Previous management experience
Microsoft Excel trained to a high level
