RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a very successful global franchise who has a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review of Files to ensure that transactions are properly reflected in the Books of account and that transactions have been
appropriately authorised
• Processing and bookkeeping of banking transactions.
• Processing invoices
• Credit Control
• Periodical reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Daily monitor and clearance of Invoice Posting Control Accounts.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience with Sage is a must
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ideally partly AAT qualified
• Good level of bookkeeping and banking knowledge
• Experience in processing payments

Salary £16k - £18k based on experience
