Job Description:

Our client is searching for a PA to complete General PA tasks including diary management, arrangement of lunches and hotel/travel reservations/airport transfers etc. You will ideally have experience in the banking / finance sector and be an experienced, confident and accomplished PA.

You will have solid IT skills and be able to utilise Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. You will work effectively and efficiently even during times of pressure with the ability to organise work schedule efficiently and independently.

You will show a strong commitment and willingness to work and be able to handle all types of people confidently and adeptly with excellent communication skills. You will also be discreet, unflappable and decisive with the ablity to multi-task.
