Our client is searching for a number of Outbound Customer Service / Sales Agents to follow up on daily promotions aimed at current customers to take advantage of cross sell & up sell opportunities.
Shifts are Monday to Saturday from 1pm to 10pm, 5 days on and 2 days off. You will be outgoing, goal orientated, with a strong passion for Sports You will need to •Manage proactive outbound calling to various customer segments. •Work to daily and weekly objectives and targets. •Provide first line support to the customers. •Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level. Skills & knowledge You must live locally •Experience in a customer service / Telesales role, ideally in a contact centre environment with high call volumes. •Sales attributes (motivation, energy, spontaneity, drive) etc •Worked to targets and objectives. •A keen interest in sport Salary 17k plus commission 20k OTE |
