Our client is searching for a Head of Chat & Bingo to be responsible for the recruitment, induction and management of Chat Masters working both remotely and locally. You will ensure the development of the existing bingo community within the budget guidelines. You will work on all the bingo promotions and the smooth delivery of the bingo chat service.
• Previous experience in a similar role and ideally experience of casino • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Creative/ability to think outside the box • Excellent consumer and customer experience understanding • Ability to excel in a pressurised, dynamic environment • Ability to manage and motivate team members across a number of European locations • Ability to apply a "hands-on" approach and a creative desire to push boundaries • Designing, developing and implementing various initiatives and promotional campaigns • Ability to operate successfully on own initiative and within a team environment Salary based on experience plus relocation package |
