Our client is looking for a Casino / Bingo CRM Manager who will be a key member of the player marketing group and will help influence the direction of player marketing for years to come. Recognised as one of the most innovative players in the European market, the company offers a dynamic, positive and highly creative environment to a candidate who wants to participate in the development of cutting edge marketing activities.
Duties: • Execution of all email, SMS and direct mail campaigns. • Managing supplier relationships email systems, print houses, mail houses and phone marketing companies. • In-campaign/post-campaign analysis. • Working with the in-house studio team to ensure that copy and design work is completed to time, budget and brand guidelines. • Research best practise, competitor strategies and suppliers that can provide a competitive advantage. Skills/experience: • At least 1 year in an eGaming CRM role. • Experience of using leading email systems. Ideally this will include Email Vision. • At least 1 year working with in-house studio teams. • Direct experience of working with combined delivery channels (e.g. SMS AND email, email AND direct mail). • Knowledge of basic html and strong Excel skills would be an advantage. Salary: £30k + participation in the company bonus scheme |
