Our client is searching for a Bingo Chat Host Manager who can flourish in a fast moving, high growth environment. The successful candidate will benefit from a dynamic, positive and highly creative environment, and will be able to participate in the development of cutting-edge marketing and Community management activities. The role will initially be office based but may move to a home based role.
Duties: • Responsible for all operation of all in-game chat activities. • Improve the retention of players. • Manage all Chat Hosts ensuring kpi’s are set and measured. • Built a Chat Host training program and ensure its ongoing delivery and improvement. • Lead recruitment of new Chat Hosts. • Develop innovative and effective Chat games and promotions and ensure an effective roll-out. • Work closely with Customer Services to ensure the best possible player experience. Assist in resolving issues involving Chat. • Set standards for managing problem gamblers and those behaving anti-socially. Provide ongoing monitoring of standards to ensure a positive experience for all players. • Report weekly and monthly to the Executive Management team. • Input on product development projects. • Help to manage all social media community forums. Skills/experience: • Ability to manage a significant team, often based remotely. • Experience of working with online communities, preferably bingo. • Strong understanding of player chat, chat games and player management. • Have a sales-driven approach to player management. • Proven ability to deliver the highest levels of player service quality. • Experience of working with CS functions. • Being able to work in the EU would be an advantage. • Must be fluent in English, and a second language would be considered an advantage. Salary: £25k |
