Our client is searching for a VIP Customer Service Agent speaking Danish. You must be fluent speaker of Danish and English with a clear telephone voice. Your role is to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner. You will have worked in an online gaming customer service role previously and be dedicated to exception levels of service provision.
