Our client an online gaming company in Gibraltar is searching for a Customer Services Speaking Spanish. You must be a native Spanish speaker with an excellent command of English and a clear telephone voice. Your role is to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner.
Our client provides on-line support to its clients from 8am to 12pm, therefore this role will require you to work shifts. You will have worked in a customer service role previously ideally in a shift and or an office environment and be dedicated to exception levels of service provision. Salary is £18k depending on experience and 30 days holiday |
