Our client is looking for a French speaking fraud executive individual to take up a great opportunity in the Fraud and Risk Analyst team.
Key Responsibilities / Duties: - Monitoring new account sign ups - Monitoring incoming and outgoing transactions for fraudulent activity - Checking and verifying customer verification documents for authenticity - Communicating with fraudsters and genuine cardholders - Determine whether the account should be blocked or not based on the information gathered in researching past transaction history and probability of fraud - Collusion and money laundering investigations There are 2 shift patterns for this role: 9am - 6pm & 12pm - 9pm. Candidate must be available to work Weekends. 39 hrs per week with 2 days off during the week. Salary based on experience |
