Our client is searching for an Online Quality Manager to provide leadership, management, mentoring and hands on support for the Quality Assurance activities for the team and department. Your data will not just be the basis for performance reviews, but also for process optimisations. As such, you will work closely with both the Management and the Process Manager. Working with our financial department, you will put price tags on qualities and such contribute to superior quantified decision making.
The scope of your work extends to localisation, customer website activity, services, customer revenue generation and local content production in form of teaching videos, articles and news pieces. You will be integrated into and supported by a young, friendly and interdisciplinary team, right from the get go. Your Responsibilities • Manage long and short term QA projects • Define and implement test strategies, quality metrics, plans and environments for effective and efficient testing practices • Implement, monitor and analyse the agreed quality guidelines and procedures • Define team roles, responsibilities, and KPIs and setup metrics to measure progress • Define and implement effective and efficient testing processes, documentation, tools, and testing methodologies • Supply the Process Management with data to optimise business processes Professional Profile • Academic degree • Professional experience in the field of Quality Management • In-depth understanding of the most common quality assurance methodologies • Ability to design, implement and deliver quality assurance systems and processes under pressure of tight deadlines • Experience in managing projects • Outstanding organisational skills as well as accuracy and attention to detail Beneficial Attributes • Experience with content management systems • Proficiency with SQL and relational databases • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or Lay-outing • Enjoyment of online communities & our product • Fluent written and spoken German Salary based on experience |
