Our client is searching for a French Fraud Assistant who will be responsible for undertaking a number of security operations on a daily basis to help prevent and detect fraud and comply with the company’s regulatory and legislative requirements. This will include verification of players’ information; assisting new players validate their accounts, responding to players’ queries and maintaining accurate system records within tight timescales.
Skills Required: * Computer literate and quick to learn new systems and processes * Ability to cross reference and quickly interpret a multitude of information to aid decision making * Investigative skills and a logical approach to work * Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic environment * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Salary 18k |
