Our client is searching for a Head of Trading due to the expansion of its online sports betting operation. They are looking for an experienced individual to develop and manage the trading teams and to oversee the compilation and trading of the companys sportsbook betting content in order to maximise profit.
Job Responsibilities Responsible for delivering an industry leading sportsbook offering Development and management of the companys in-play offering Responsible for the recruitment and training of the sportsbook department Responsible for performance managing all traders in the Gibraltar and UK Responsible for liaising with other departments heads to ensure operational efficiency Accountable for continual sustainable profits delivered by the trading team Help develop new betting products and enhance existing offerings Liaise closely with marketing in order to develop promotions, offers and campaigns Liaise with other departments such as accounts, customer service and risk/compliance to ensure that the business objectives are met Liability and risk control Budgeting responsibility for the entire trading department Professional Requirements Experience working for a online sportsbook in a similar position An in depth sporting knowledge and a thorough understanding of sports betting Good understating of odds compilation, risk management and live betting Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure Driven and self motivated Excellent Leadership skills Salary to attract the best plus relocation etc |
